During the period April 28th to May 6th our entire Japanese staff will be off duty due to the famous Golden Week holiday in Japan. This is the longest vacation period of the year for our crew, and a much deserved opportunity for them to recharge the batteries.
Our customer service team remains operational as always (-: however all orders placed right before, during and right after the holiday break will take a little longer than usual to process and ship. Your order will get in line and be tackled starting on Monday, May 7th when our Japanese team resumes their work.
