Although December has yet to start, the team here at ChokeSports is very proud to already announce that 2015 has been our best year ever. Both in volume of business and positive feedback from our awesome customers. We already have a couple of exciting projects lined up for 2016, and we can't wait to pull the curtain and let you in on those.
With all that being said, traditionally the last month of the year is very busy and stressing for us. It combines key events making a perfect storm:
- Our biggest sale of the year (Black Friday-Cyber Monday)
- Christmas Shopping
- Promotion/Graduation period in many dojos around the world
- Inventory Clearance
- Staff Winter Holiday
We also know this can be a very stressing period for our customers. Therefore we'd like to put out a little schedule to help your shopping experience through the holiday season. Please see below:
Dec.02 (Wednesday)
We estimate this is the cutting date to receive orders containing premium made to order gear (such as selected Japanese gis and belts) that can be prepared and shipped in 2015. Please note that this is an estimate, which means it can vary a little one way or the other.
Dec.11 (Friday)
This is possibly the last day to ship orders that can be delivered in time for Christmas. Yes, most ChokeSports orders are delivered within 3-5 work days after shipping, so it's possible that later shipments will make it in time for Christmas. We're just being cautious here because postal services all over the world will be overloaded with deliveries, which may cause delays.
Dec.24 (Thursday)
This is the last day we will ship orders in 2015. Yep, we'll be working all the way until Christmas Eve.
Dec.25 to Jan.05
Inventory Clearance and Staff Winter Holiday, meaning that our production line and warehouse in Japan will be closed for business.
Jan.06 (Wednesday)
First day of work in 2016! Our team will tackle all orders in the order they were received. You should expect longer than usual processing and manufacturing times due to the volume of orders in the pipeline.
What to expect from the team here at ChokeSports...
We will evidently do our best to prepare, pack and dispatch your order as fast as possible.
We will also send completion/shipping estimates for all custom made orders so you know when to expect your new premium gear.
We are famous for the high quality and uniqueness of our custom made gear, such as belts and gis. If you have seen our videos and read about us, then you know that the whole process is handmade in Japan and that it takes time and a lot of effort to accomplish. So we do not ever compromise quality in exchange for faster shipping.
