A while ago we custom made a very special belt for Brazilian born and US-based judoka Tiago Gonçalves. He was about to be promoted to 4th dan and needed a Red and Black Belt with Japanese embroideries and stitched degrees. It turned our tremendous!
Tiago's belt was handmade by our team in Saitama, Japan. We embroidered the fabric first and then we made the belt so there was no trail on the reverse side. This is the most premium method of embroidery and also the most resistant.
