Made-to-Order Belts
October 31st is the final day to place orders for custom belts if you want them shipped before the new year. This deadline ensures our craftsmen have sufficient time to create your personalized belt with the attention to detail it deserves.
In-Stock Items with Custom Embroidery
For belts and gis that require custom embroidery, place your order by November 22nd to guarantee delivery before year-end.
Made-to-Order Gis, Gloves & Protective Gear
Our factory in Japan is experiencing high order volumes. Made-to-Order Gis, Gloves & Protective Equipment currently have an estimated production time of 2 months from order to shipment. Please refer to the specific lead times in the product page.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
Christmas Delivery Deadline
To ensure your items arrive before Christmas, place your order by December 13th. While our standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, we recommend ordering early due to increased holiday postal traffic.
Year-End Operations
- Last shipping day: December 25th
- Winter break: December 26th - January 5th
- Regular operations resume: January 6th, 2025
